The engineer was very helpful and open…

The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Your guy who set up my T.V

Your guy who set up my T.V. was great & did it in no time at all. My only complaint or slight gripe is that he never told me how to work the remote control on the new L G Television or how to get to things such as the "program guide", or "You tube," etc. Unfortunately I suffer from having a stroke & my brain isn't quite as agile as it was previous to having this damn stroke in April. So it took me ages., & getting more annoyed with myself that I never thought to asking him if he would go through "things" like the remote control gadget with me to make sure I understand how each button works. Its so different from my old one. In the end I asked a neighbor to help me, which he did very well . You would think that a company like LG would include an instruction book. I partly blame myself for not asking your man for help. He probably thought I would grasp it.

So easy from start to finish

Fantastic company.

What can I say. We were having a media wall built. So much could have gone wrong but Sarah and her team From the planning stage to the end build was a stress free experience. We now have a perfectly lovely media wall. Everyone one who came to the house were very professional but very friendly. All the workers left everything clean and tidy. I can’t praise them enough.
