The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Great service provided at a reasonable cost. Exactly what I needed to be done was done by a polite , competent professional. I would recommend their services to anyone. Arrived on time , given a 10 minute pre arrival phone call, just a perfect overall experience.

Well done Digital Direct
This was the second time I've used Digital Direct for aerial work. I was very impressed the first time and have no regrets about choosing their services again. Richard listened carefully to what I wanted, made suggestions as to my options and then he set to work. He was a very neat worker, drilling exceedingly carefully through the walls so he didn't damage the interior plaster. He completed the work and tidied up any mess he'd made. Richard was polite and cheerful and was a pleasure to meet. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect aerial fitter.
