Great service and product is exactly what I wanted

i love the drone and the DJI APP , I had difficulties in pairing my car refresh package but I emailed them and they were absolutely fantastic and paired it for me which I am grateful for . they are so hopeful with all my needs .

The drone arrived but without the screw-in strap for the controller. the package include some othe unrelated strap of no use to me. The package also lacked the USBC to USBC cable.

received quote after purchase but goods had not been sent. Was going to cancel order and re-order but was told to just fill in the price match form. I did this and it took at least 8 emails/ph calls to recieve a pittance of what i was owed. Never again will i purchase from D1.

Transitioning between freight companies was beyond piss poor.. By the time the 2nd company picked up the package and went to deliver it, it was too late to communicate the fact that they didn’t deliver to a post office box. Received a phone call from the original freight company day of finding this out and was poor quality as well. Terrible company and unprofessional setting. People in background singing / music playing while trying to have phone call. Had to tell them to clear the room and shut the door as I couldn’t hear them. Suggest in using just Aus post or a company in Tasmania that accepts delivering to a post office box for security reasons. Was not happy that they DIDN’T follow strict instructions on where to place parcel and it was left on the outside of front door and not inside the “mud room” where requested. +$2,000 left for the street to see. Happy with the wrapping / protection of product tho and the product itself. Just the logistics of getting it was quite literally the worst

I requested an online repair quote for my (out of warranty) DJI Mini 4 Pro drone. Downward sensor error. Sent in the required photos of my faulty drone and the next day was offered a replacement drone, free of charge, as a goodwill gesture from DJI. Hard to beat that service. The replacement drone arrived a day after I dispatched my old drone (again at no cost to me) to their service department. Very happy customer.

Very easy purchase, I was a little disappointed that the order was delayed. One frustration is the VIP activation service, although it is good in principle, when I went to activate my DJI care package I had problems as my drone had been activated for more than 48 hours

Easy to buy and reliable updates on delivery service. The only improvements I could see, that you loose one star for, is your website layout. If I was looking for accessories for my purchased product it was easier to search on google and then go into your website from the Google link. I bought the osmo action 5 so some of the accessories seemed to be under older models even though they work for my unit. Made it a bit convoluted. Else great product and service.

I was misled with false advertising by DJI and did not get a promotional item of some value and now being given a long story to pacify me how it happened which was a heap of rubbish. I will not be purchasing from you again due to this poor experience!
