On this order (2 x orders, actually) I purchased a "DJI Power 1000 Power Dongle": a "DJI NEO 2 way charging Hub", and an extra "DJI NEO Intelligent Flight battery". All 3 items are of the usual great DJI quality, and work exceptionally well. Both the ordering process and the fast processing/shipping - delivery, was very good! Ordered on the 19th July. Shipped (Sunday ) 21st July. Delivered on the 23rd July.

Great customer support to answer my initial questions & resolve my later problems. Online chats with somebody who could actually do something without having to ask & prompt replies to my emails when my delivery went missing was what impressed me most. Would give 5 stars, but unfortunately an item was omitted from my order. That said, the customer support team quickly got missing item dispatched without dramas.

Your service was excellent, Your product demands access to every feature on my phone (shitty controlling software/ Chinese bullshit) which gave me limited functionality on a gimble that cost $200. When I pay for something I own it, it doesn't own my phone. How sad.. Limited functionality if I don't allow the evil software to access all my data. If I own something I expect all of the features to work. When this crap from China breaks, I will be replacing it with equipment from companies that don't need to control my life or access my data, you can't trust these companies. Whatever happened to privacy. Not buying another DJI product again. But your service was excellent, try finding less intrusive products.
