I've just opened a cash ISA with Cynergy. Rate was very competitive and the process of opening the account and funding it couldn't have been easier.
I had to ring to work out how to login to the bank account as it had changed and I was finding it tricky. I got to speak to a lovely girl straight away, who stayed with me on the phone and went through it with me.
Easy to talk to areal person, who was very helpful indeed, and Akansha (?)sorted my problem out quickly

I just opened a fixed savings account on yesterday and transferred some money on 6:00 pm, I waited few hours but the money still not received in the account… called CS on next morning and told it takes 24 hours because the transaction made after 5:00pm and finally it appear on 12:00pm. I agreed it takes longer transaction time than other banks but still working, CS staff is nice to answering my question with patient.

Telephone customer service, after quite a long wait to be answered, provided excellent support for two issues (delay in ISA transfer & problem logging in to their website on mobile phone). They were very efficient & knowledgeable, giving me next steps & timescales. For customer service alone I would give 5 stars, but due to the issues I contacted them about I down-rated to 4.
