I am finding the process very stressful and the problem is still unresolved
Based on very experience as I have yet to complete a transaction with Synergy, their telephone service is under manned. I finally got through after about 20 minutes, went through security and was on the cusp of him giving me the information when he suddenly couldn't hear me any longer and hung up. I waited for him to call back but he didn't. I called back and waited another 15 -20 min, had to explain my problem again as no notes had been taken. Went through security again, this time I failed and was told I had to complete a form within 15 minutes or I would be locked out. I said that was unnecessarily stressful, then he said 'have a nice day.' I am still waiting for an ISA to be transferred. It is currently in between banks somewhere and I am getting more and more stressed each time I contact this bank. Just failed the photo id/licence security after following their brief instructions which were unclear.
