Completed this course online and was very happy with it the whole time, I was unsure about taking it online to begin with but the whole time it was easy to manage and actually I felt it helped me focus far more on the information. Big thumbs up for our instructor David Howie who was really engaging and supportive the whole way through and got us working in groups and discussing rather than just reading slides

Great company, great service Helped by having an easy to use service via zoom Our instructor D Howie was very informative and knowledgeable and was happy to go over topics that people needed further explanation or clarification

Can not recommend this company enough. i have just completed my SMSTS course and passed with flying colours and thats down to my instructor david. This was my first online course and will definitely be looking to do more in the future.

David provide an interactive and well organized SMSTS course. He made it very easy to learn. Well done !!

Found the trainer to be disengaging the video format didn’t work poor presentation skills overall it was a long two days not one I would recommend again

The tutors knowledge of the course and his light hearted approach to the training course all came together to make a memorable and exciting course to do i would highly recommend it and cst to my friends and colleagues I have already told my friend about it and he plans to contact cst in the near future

The training course presentation was effective and clear because of participative interaction of both learners and lecturer. The experiences of the trainer was a factor in relating the theoritical aspect to the actual site scenario.

The training and tutor were excellent. The the tutor knew his job and was patient with all the questions which he answered well with great examples.

Great training experience delivered in a professional manner throughout the course! Would highly recommend!

I sat an online SMSTS Renewal and I think it was awful. The tutor was hot-spotting from phone because he had no internet connection and kept dropping out. When it came to sitting the test we lost him all together for 40 minutes until his phone had charged. He spent a lot of the course telling us about his great rave experiences back in the 90’s and then had to rush through topics that needed covering. I passed the test but lost marks for abbreviating one of the answers but was then told that he had awarded marks to another candidate for doing the same. Won’t be using these again. I am CITB approved for delivering the site safety plus suite and they would be alarmed off the slap dash attitude used.

Well the teacher was very good at getting information across very clear and was a good atmosphere
