Brilliant well run course

I have completed the ILM Level 7 extended diploma in strategic leadership and management with CST. I had a slight issue with the onboarding process but the remainder of the course has been absolutely excellent provided by CST. Matt Griffin my assessor has been fantastic and is very knowledgeable and has made the completion of the course an easy process. Turning around feedback and assessing quickly, to calls when required for guidance. The online portal for submitting work and viewing assessment plans is simple to do. All distanced learning which didn’t feel that distanced as it has been so accessible. Thanks to Matt and CST.

I have just completed my ILM 5 qualification with CST Training. The online system was really easy and intuitive to navigate. The support received by Matt was outstanding! He made me feel confident to obtain the qualification from the very start. Fast in answering queries and always able to provide the relevant and helpful piece of advice. The course structure would benefit from splitting modules into "core" and "optional"; this would make sure that the basic principles are covered while giving the opportunity to expand within areas of specific interest. Direct feedback to CST was provided.

Out tutor Asten was brilliant. He went over the modules we had done with excellent knowledge. He made my own learning experience doing the Ssts course easier with how he explained things and went over things more than once so we could have a better understanding of what was needed to pass the course.

Didn’t even send me a hard copy of my certificate now I have to spend more time and more importantly money going to print it off other courses have refreshments provided rhis one had none plus was on Hinckley campus you couldn’t fart without being hassled by security

Great course really enjoyed the 3 days being able to do it online rather than driving to a venue is definately the way to go, the teacher was very good and made you feel relaxed

I would highly recommend using CST training I completed my triple Sssts with them over the weekend and I couldn’t fault the tutor he was very accommodating and very knowledgeable and helped explain everything in simple and understandable ways which helped me take in the information needed to help me pass the course on my first attempt with them.

I recently completed the SSSTS course and found the experience to be very positive and rewarding. The course content was clear, relevant, and gave me a much deeper understanding of the responsibilities and expectations involved in supervising work on site. One of the most valuable parts of the course for me was how engaging the instructor made it. Not only was the material explained in a practical and understandable way, but the instructor also encouraged open discussion, which helped me become more confident in speaking up and sharing my thoughts. I usually stay quiet in group settings, but during this course, I felt supported and gradually started participating more actively — something I didn’t expect but really appreciated. Overall, I learned a lot — not just about health and safety, but also about communication and leadership. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone stepping into a supervisory role on site.
