Very slick service from these guys. Offerings are atthe higher end of the wine world but the selection is always interesting. Joe has looked after me for years and delivers a first class service.
A wonderful young company, putting customers at the heart of what they do. The platform needs to mature in order to match bigger competitors but I’m sure this will come with time.

Further to my comments late last year I am now a much happier man. The response from the CruWine team (Jen Ford) has been quick and decisive. The data I requested have been provided and now make it a true investment portfolio, worthy of comparison with other investment portfolio's. With the added benefit being in a sector linked to Luxury (doing well) and if it fails to give proper returns you can drink it and be merry..
Although I have quite a lot of experience drinking wine, I don't have the knowledge to determine which wines are good investments. Over the past 4 years the team at Cru Wine has been doing a superb job in selecting, buying, storing and selling wines from different regions and countries, resulting in a very good performance. At the same time the information, given by the experts working at Cru Wine, is so much more fun to read than financial statements of companies!
Communication was great throughout, delivery was speedy and arrived as promised. Couldn’t ask for more.

Cru Wine’s returns policy is a con. What use is a returns policy which forbids any examination of the item? No use at all, obviously. Today I received the reply below from Cru, after they had tried calling me, presumably to try to get me to change or delete this review; they certainly had no intention of ‘offering a solution’, for their returns policy allows for no solution! As they write, their returns policy is clearly stated on their website and it is worthless because any examination of the wine (even opening the case!) precludes ANY return, for any reason. Cru are not interested in people who enjoy drinking wine, their sole raison d’être is wine investments. Sad.

Excellent choices of high quality wines. I really liked their monthly subscription plans on their wine shop where they send you samples of different wines each month and you can cancel or pause anytime.
