Generally, polite, knowledgeable coverage. I have found Declan's research exceptional. But importantly, price is extremely important to me, and sadly, I bought a lot of Piedmont wine last year that is from 10 to 20% under water. I am not happy about that but do understand that the market has been very soft. Thirdly, your operations staff have been very friendly and provided excellent service. Much appreciated.
