very dirty. i saw a dead body of cockroach in the closet. why do you collect cleaning fee at all?

We stayed ( family of 4) for 7 nights during Christmas time. The condo was clean, had everything that we needed for our stay. The customer service was great. It was winter time, so didn't feel the need of AC in the bedroom but felt that a portable AC would be nice in the bedroom for hot days. Would definitely stay again.

The condos in the Maui Sugar Beach Resort are privately owned, so they will have different decor and be in different conditions when you stay there. We stayed in unit # 103. It was comfortable and pretty clean, but could have used some spackle and a coat or 2 of paint. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, knives, utensils, pots and pans, bowls, dish and dishwasher soap. There was a washer and dryer in the unit, and a container of laundry soap. There was only 1 bar of soap in the bathroom. I think they forgot to leave a second bar for the shower. We called the housekeeping number, and they dropped off 2 bars of soap for the shower. When we checked in, we got a envelope of information and a card for 10% discounts at a local grocery store chain. There is a good sandwich shop in the complex. The owner is very nice. There is a travel agent in the same office as where you check in for the condo. They were very helpful. We had them book our snorkeling trip. Very nice to be right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants in South Kihei. We would stay here again.

we has a great experience with every aspect of our 2 week stay. The staff we are friendly and knowledgeable. The BBQ, pool and beach area were constantly attended to when required. We felt very safe at all times, and felt the Condo was very safe also

Condominium Rentals Hawaii was wonderful! It was easy to rent the condo online, and they were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. I loved having the unique code which allowed us to check into our room as soon as we arrived. The room was small, but clean, and the bed and pillows were amazing and comfortable. We appreciated having a mini fridge, hair dryer, ironing board and microwave in the room. We also enjoyed the beach chair, umbrella and boogie board. The resort was beautiful and right on the most beautiful beach. We saw sea turtles and enjoyed snorkeling and body surfing. I would definitely consider renting here again if the opportunity arises. We loved it! Thank you!

Paradise in Maui My husband and I recently stayed at Grand Champions and used Condominium Rentals Hawaii to book our stay. We were very impressed with the unit, the cleanliness, the ease of receiving information about checking in, entry, etc. We appreciated the information they provided in the unit and would certainly choose to book with them again.

Problem free from the moment of booking until we arrived. Always prefer to book through them. Normally we receive a few samples of coffee, nuts etc waiting for us at the condo, but not this time.

I have been using CMH for the last 20 years or so for our trips to Maui. My family has been coming to Maui and staying at the same complex for the last 40 years. We started of as a young married couple, brought our children and are now bringing our grand daughters. I have always had great customer service from all persons involved with the company especially Tammy Sylva and her team. The Rez agents have always been helpful with my individual booking and any group bookings I have made over the years. On our last trip in Nov 2019 we did have some issues with the maintenance and housekeeping dept. Not really happy with their response to our concerns. I did voice that in my online review. With the condo's you do represent at the particular condo we use the Hale Kamaole I would like to see CMH go through those units once in a while to make sure things are working, that there is enough cutlery dishes and that appliances are in working order. It is very frustrating to come into a unit and find the toaster doesn't work or the ceiling fans are so slow that they don't create any sort of breeze to cool you down. The units are advertised as fully equip so they should be. It would be nice if at least housekeeping noticed oh there are only 2 beach towels or maybe this unit could use new bath towels. Maybe the owners do not come over very often or not at all so they do need to be aware of the condition of their units. Other than that I am very happy with CMH and will continue to use your services.

Fantastic condo! The master bedroom was bigger than my entire hotel room on Oahu a few days prior. The private, off-bedroom outdoor patio, included W/D, reserved parking space, and second full bathroom were excellent surprises. The only negative comment: my stay was too short!
