Great overall experience. Apartment was clean, comfortable, close to the beach, and well equipped so we could decide on whether we wanted to cook or stay home.

We have stayed at WBV before and really enjoy the location and the feel of the site. Both Mark on site and Marvis from CRH were great. Really enjoyed our stay!

Charla is an amazing representative. She always addresses our concerns. We have been dealing with her & CRH for over a decade. I have referred many friends to her & they are pleased with her assistance.

There was an issue with our unit. Staff, especially Charla, at CRH were helpful and pleasant to deal with. She moved us to a premium plus unit at no extra charge. Very happy with her service and caring attitude.

Clean condo and surrounding areas. Great location and the pool was very nice.

We enjoyed the heated pool, the views were very nice, and the location was great as well. The rooms were a little dated but the price compensated for that. We would probably try to stay there the next time we are on Maui.

Everything was handled beautifully! Our condo was as advertised and the overall communication and booking experience was top notch!

We love the location and have stayed around that area in the past. The unit was clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils, plates and glasses. There are a couple of things that I would change if I could. The biggest would be an elevator, getting our bags up and down the stairs was a little inconvenient. A outside grill would have been nice. other than that we had a great time the other tenants were very nice they actually had a coffee get together Friday mornings. this came in handy to ask other residence what places they visited in Maui.

Friendly helpful staff. We ordered a crib and high chair. They were set up properly when we arrived and were removed on the day that we had requested.

Wonderful first time in Maui and experience at Hale Kamaole! Very easy booking process and helpful staff when we had any questions. Stay was exceptional and staff were again very helpful and friendly. We were even able to get a later check out when we had a late night flight home. Unit was equipped with almost everything we needed. Only issue was a hard mattress in the main bedroom (sofa bed was great!). Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Check in was a breeze even let us check in early. Was nice.

Fabulous first stay with CRH at Maui Kamaole - the condo was clean, well-stocked and the complex was so well-run! The gardens, pools and bbq areas were immaculate and really cared for. Our beds and pillows were super comfy - the whole family slept well over the 2 weeks! Can't wait to get back to a great stay & service with aloha!

We stayed in Hawaii for a total of three weeks at 3 different rental properties. This rental from CRHawaii (HO318 - Hale Kai O Kihei 1 BR) was by far the worst one. The unit was poorly maintained, worn out, dirty and in my opinion, should not be on the market until significant improvements have been made. This is unfortunate because the property and the location are ideal for a visit to Maui.

Easy after hours check-in, a few issues with the condo but. They were resolved quickly.
