I was impressed by our condo that we rented at the last minute, at Sugar Beach. It is modest looking building from the road but our unit had the most incredible views. Our unit had everything we wanted including beach chairs, umbrellas and extra beach toys which was much appreciated. It was very clean and having a washing machine in the unit was the best. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our rental was exactly what we needed and check-in and out were efficient.

Only thing: we were choked when requesting late checkout that they asked for $165.00 for! Really!!

Our stay at the condo was great. As a first time renter, I took one star off because the information as to the purchase and check in process was lacking. I should have called to get more information, but the rental office should have provided the information without my having to ask.

The condo was clean and well equipped. We arrived after dark and the guard was helpful to find our condo. We awoke to a beautiful view of the Ocean. We were very happy and would certainly go back.

We love Sugar Beach! We have been a few times now and keep going back! However this was our first trip in February. This condos location was great!! View of pool and ocean and a quick walk from both!! We had coffee outside every morning while watching the whales from our deck!! We enjoyed being on the second floor and can’t wait to go back! Condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed!

rental agency does good work but I suggest they go personally and inspect Unit D-101 at Pono Kai which is bad condition in that it needs to be remodeled and updated. I sent a letter a month ago but NEVER heard a reply back. The owners must SPEND some $$ or quit charging such HIGH rent for this dump! Darlene Carr

Excellent location, staff is friendly, and the pool and beach access are phenomenal!

Made reservation through travelocity. Had confirmation numbers, etc. and when we arrived, CRH had no record of our reservation. Your agent blamed travelocity but it is the responsibility of CRH to ensure the link between travelocity and CRH functions properly. I was told by the condo owner that this has happened to other travelers recently as well. The CRH agent was very rude and implied the problem was our fault and initially suggested she could do nothing for us. Finally, she did find us accommodations in two separate condos, one of which was basically a bed in a closet. This absolutely ruined what was supposed to be a great vacation in Maui. I requested we be refunded the ca. $788 paid for those four nights and she refused. Never use CRH again!!!!!
