I thoroughly enjoyed my unit. It was very well stocked and comfortable. Nice view and location. The ONLY downside was being on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

The Condominium was said to be 'Premium'. I had not been upgraded or remodeled in at least 10 years. All of the fabrics, wall papers & furniture was very tired. The recliner was broken. The décor was mismatched.

Condo #139, cute little one bedroom with pullout sofa! Fully stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, spices, regular towels & beach towels. Even had beach accessories!! Had washer & dryer inside the unit😁
Condo is in a good spot, view is fantastic but the unit itself is very dated. It was clean but had only the absolute basic, cheap furnishings and kitchen supplies....like someone shopped garage sales to outfit the whole unit. Love the location but don't think we would stay here again.

Amazing location with 5 star beach view. We enjoyed watching the sunset and breaching whales from our lanai. It was our first vacation with our three year old granddaughter we cherish the memories of our trip. Aloha
This was a business trip on short notice & everyone was very accommodating.
Every interaction with the company was excellent - from reservations though maintenance of the property and a very efficient and cooperative cleaning staff.
Had a problem the first night with a unit but all was resolved the next day and we were moved to a much better unit then our original at no cost.

Beautiful property right on the beach. Saw the most amazing sunset I’ve ever seen there. Everything was clean in the condo and we loved we could just walk right to the beach. Also loved the pool and hot tub
both times we have stayed at sugar Beach resort and the property handled by this company, we have been pleased with the promptness and helpfulness of staff when we called to arrange a property, the friendliness and helpfulness when we checked in, as well as the response to an issue we had.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because the location was not as close to the beach as we would have liked.
I loved the rental in Hawaii, the ammenties could not have been better. The hotel restaurant was great, food and drinks were excellent. The hotel gym was exactly what I needed. The beach was so close, plus you could rent snorkel gear right at the hotel. We will stay here again when we come back. Thank you

Had to change rooms due to plumbing issues on another unit at the last minute. Easy to book easier once you arrive. Condo was so clean.
Probably a little bit of mold in condo. Bed was too small and terribly uncomfortable.
