This was extremely nice coming from a mom of 2, a nurse and a small business owner. The classes are soo in depth and there is such good information to look back on throughout every stage of your education and implementing it into your practice. It is self paced which helped me in ways I cannot even describe. The quizzes and webinars keep you active and engaged. I am very pleased with this set up and Stephanie has such a warm and welcoming, non-judgmental energy about her.

This was a good training. A lot of information that was new to me even though I've been practicing yoga for over 25 years. I gave a 4 star because I think the anatomy section was confusing. The drawings were hard to decipher and the quizzes did not correlate so I found it not too helpful. Steph was very responsive when I had questions which I really appreciated. The restorative section was a bonus which was great. I would have liked more in-depth information on chair yoga. Overall, for the price, it was well worth my time and money.

This online yoga teacher training has me fully prepared to plan and teach yoga classes. I’ve been teaching since I graduated three months ago and I love that I still have access to the material for my whole life 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
