This was extremely nice coming from a mom of 2, a nurse and a small business owner. The classes are soo in depth and there is such good information to look back on throughout every stage of your education and implementing it into your practice. It is self paced which helped me in ways I cannot even describe. The quizzes and webinars keep you active and engaged. I am very pleased with this set up and Stephanie has such a warm and welcoming, non-judgmental energy about her.

Great school. They clearly have a commitment to excellence, Not just in the training but equally in their student support. Training is comprehensive and what they do really well is break it down into manageable chunks so it’s not overwhelming. There’s a test at the end of each section to solidify your learning. There’s also a really active student forum, and customer service is excellent. Happy to have found Stephanie Ball Mitchell and the school and feel well- equipped as a yoga instructor.
I actually enrolled in this course back in January and soon after had a knee injury (unrelated to yoga) that interrupted my training, then the pandemic hit. Two weeks ago I picked back up on my readings and most importantly, my meditation practice...then got back online with the course. Oh my! This program allows the student to put in order the entire process of self-development and awareness through yoga. With everything going on and so much is unfamiliar, I feel so much gratitude to have enough awareness and even desire to continue this practice and growth during a period in time where it shouldn't even seem possible. Steph and this program she has developed is outstanding and will guide me into being a more authentic yoga teacher to my students...and for that I am grateful.
The YTT programme is extremely comprehensive, and everything is covered extensively. Steph is also a very skilful teacher, and so much is being done to help guide the students through the programme. I highly recommend it.
I signed up for the 200H teacher training course during the lockdown in Belgium and I can honestly say this course saved me. Having something positive to focus on was the best thing during these unusual times. I am also so impressed with Steph and her team. She is providing something amazing to all of us and has created an incredibly supportive community. I would choose a course with her again and plan to do my 500H with her school. Thank-you Steph!!
I had been looking into a YTT before quarantine. Then I found the Yoga and Ayurveda Center online. The timing was perfect. I found Steph and the staff very accessible and eager to see to the success of the student. The program is excellent, very affordable and convenient. I felt very prepared to teach yoga upon graduating. I highly recommend Yoga and Ayurveda Center yoga training online.
For quite some time I have been considering taking a yoga training class. As yoga alliance did not prior recognize on line trainings I never even considered it until now. I am truly glad I did. I can not say enough about this online program. My daughter and I began the 200 hour RYT training during COVID 19 to expand our yoga practice. I never realized it would be so fulfilling. Together we began our studies, practicing the 8 limbs of yoga, eating better and doing a daily yoga/meditation practice. It has been so wonderful spending this precious time with my daughter and doing something for my own self and wellbeing. If you are considering signing up, I would highly recommend it. The course itself is so well organized and Steph’s videos/ podcasts keep you motivated. I love the on line yoga community who cheer each other on and celebrate both large and small successes. Quizzes and projects ensure a strong learning criteria. I have taken many live and on line classes and must say this is by far one of the best. I truly feel ready to begin my yoga teaching journey.
