This was extremely nice coming from a mom of 2, a nurse and a small business owner. The classes are soo in depth and there is such good information to look back on throughout every stage of your education and implementing it into your practice. It is self paced which helped me in ways I cannot even describe. The quizzes and webinars keep you active and engaged. I am very pleased with this set up and Stephanie has such a warm and welcoming, non-judgmental energy about her.
I LOVE, LOVE THIS YTT!!! The journey was amazing and this was great introduction! The content delivery was perfect and I like that it was self paced—flexible.

Absolutely loved the program! I just graduated from the 200hr training in November and am currently taking the 300hr training. The self paced modules make for a great way to take all the extra time necessary and review anything as much as you need. Highly recommend ! :)
10 years ago I did a 200-hour-yoga-teacher-training and was amazed how much I learned 10 years later from Steph! Awesome! All the team is so nice! I will do my 300-hour-yoga-teacher-training with Steph as well! She is just gorgeous and her team is just super!
Online Yoga School has been an amazing experience and program. Steph especially, took steps to ensure that I felt instantly welcome and supported. Steph has created a wonderful and accessible yoga teacher training with more sources for additional reading, training and interaction than I anticipated. I really have enjoyed my time and with it being online and self-paced, I have felt comfortable going at my own speed and have really been able to absorb the lessons and put them into practice. For me, this program was an amazing fit.
Before deciding where to do my yoga teacher training I did a lot of research. That research led me to choose Online Yoga School/Yoga and Ayurveda Center. I am so glad it did! The curriculum was very in depth. I love that the training is self paced. This gives you time to process what you are learning in your own way. Steph is always willing to answer questions. The Facebook community she has built is great for support and connecting to peers. I highly recommend this school.
Signed up with the 200hr ytt based on a lot of good review on its profile page on yoga alliance website. The course was self-paced and the content was ok. The pre-recorded video quality wasn't good, the brightness of the videos were way high that everything was white out. They offer ZOOM live section on some days of the week, but if you are not the same time zone with them, those zoom hours are very difficult to make), i only able to attend 2 zoom classes throughout the training which was 4am at my time. The rest of the schedules were conflict with my work. They had a Facebook support group for students, students inside the group were nice and helpful, but one of the admin (Melissa, if i remember her name correctly) was very very very RUDE if you happened to question the school something they didn't like to hear. And you will become the"lucky" one that she will have all eyes on. It made my whole training experience with them turned out very unpleasant. After finishing the course, I ended up go with another school for the 300hrs training, so far so good!
I signed up for the YTT200H in April and I am so happy I did and Chose This online school. My experience has been wonderful, The support, the response, everything has been beautiful. I learned so much. Steph and her team are amazing. I decided to continue and I signed up for the 300H which I am so so glad I did, the material is unbelievable, and even though this is an online course, because there is so much interaction with everyone through the Facebook groups that it feels like a big family of yogis and you even forget it is online! Finally after years of thinking about taking a YTT, I finally did it and my dream came true! Thank you to Steph and all her team! I am so grateful!
The training is very comprehensive, with an easy to use online portal. You can track your progress and complete assignments as you go. You also attend zoom classes to practice your teaching skills. There is also a very active facebook group that helps enormously. I feel lucky to have found this course as it has given me all that I was looking for.
Over the years have tried very many classes and retreats for being good student of yoga and having deeper understanding, but this course is complete and very well put together. Not only it has great deal of anatomy to understand yoga properly but so many asanas are explained in such way that one could start at any level and stay optimistic and motivated. Thank you Steph, for making it accessible for everyone to benefit such wealth of knowledge and wisdom.
Great program. The curriculum is great and the support from Steph the owner of The Yoga ans Ayureveda Center is amazing. There are so many different ways to learn and retain the information. The zoom sessions are a great tool to practice teaching and observing as well. Also the training comes with additional certifications such as Ayurveda Specialist, Chair Yoga, and Restoritave Yoga. To have access to all of this information is amazing. I would highly recommend this program to any inspiring yoga teachers or yoga students wanting to expand their knowledge for the sake of their personal practice.
