The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. I have been working hard and often long days on the courier Exchange. I am enjoying my work , doing different jobs every day , near and far. If you don’t mind the long shifts and enjoy driving with all its ups and downs I recommend you give this exchange a try , there’s plenty of work on it to get on with .

I've just renewed my subscription subscription after completing six months on the Courier exchange, no new business is easy, however having the Courier exchange infrastructure, which encompasses the client facing/task management software and accounting system in both App and desktop versions at your finger tips and a ready made client base, all you need to add is some hard graft and put in a bit of time to make it work for you... Would recommend courier exchange to all courier drivers app so easy to use staff all very helpful lots of work no matter where you are get a back load home most of the time. After many years driving a small van as a same day courier working exclusively with one company, with whom I still enjoy a good relationship, I decided some six months ago to take greater control of the jobs I did and when I did them and joined The Courier Exchange. I now wish I had taken that decision years earlier. After only a few weeks getting used to the technology and the working practices of CX members, I had already improved my productivity and, by the third month had increased revenue by 50%. The organisation is professional and efficient, its software taking charge of a great deal of the administration and accounting involved in running a small business. I can decide when I wish to work early or late and whether I wish to be available or not. I certainly would recommend CX to experienced or new drivers to the industry. Thom
