After many years driving a small van as a same day courier working exclusively with one company, with whom I still enjoy a good relationship, I decided some six months ago to take greater control of the jobs I did and when I did them and joined The Courier Exchange. I now wish I had taken that decision years earlier. After only a few weeks getting used to the technology and the working practices of CX members, I had already improved my productivity and, by the third month had increased revenue by 50%. The organisation is professional and efficient, its software taking charge of a great deal of the administration and accounting involved in running a small business. I can decide when I wish to work early or late and whether I wish to be available or not. I certainly would recommend CX to experienced or new drivers to the industry. Thom
