The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. His approachable attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate his support and mentorship.

Good company to work with. App is so easy to use and online training are really helpful. Cx staff are friendly, ready to assist 24/7. it's on this platform which I don’t think I will manage when I started but after one week everything is very easy. I recommend this platform to everyone! Honestly wish I had joined C/EX years ago. Right from the get go and my initial conversations with their agent Karl I had a good feeling about the business. And that has continued with the aftersales and academy teams, all of whom have been a great help, even to someone with 30 years courier experience like myself. I can’t recommend it highly enough

Never used a platform like this before so was a bit worried it would be complicated but it was the opposite. Its so simple to use, the driver apps makes it easier to track drivers and allows them to upload POD direct to the exchange which saves alot of time. There are so many jobs I find myself turning the app off at times. Invoicing is quick and convenient. Can't fault it.
