Not good at all, 8 of us for dinner at 8.30pm Food was cold, service was shocking only offered 1 drink. Told to eat up as buffet food was getting taken away. Then wouldn’t let us all pay individually then when we did pay bill they put a very cheeky service charge on it without asking !

The restaurant was very busy quite a bit of queuing, however as it was a Saturday night we expected that. Food was good with a great selection so no problems there. The reason for a poor review was the service charge a whopping £9.61 It came on the bottom of the bill in smaller print than the rest very sneaky. It is titled "Discretionary Service Chrg" I was not told about this nor advised it was going to be there and I could "opt out" I think they do this on purpose. I wonder how many other customers missed that one. I would go again but guess what, I'll be checking the bill more closely next time.......
The food was really good and a a magnificent surroundings
This is my first time dining at Cosmo (Sunday 6th March 2022), I have mixed feelings about the place, I found the music so loud that I could not converse with the friends I was dining with, going to fetch the food was a game in itself, having to dodge the scores of children running about, The staff were very good and acted very professionally, the food was hit and miss, It felt like a fast food outlet and I doubt I will be returning, it was not the experience I was looking for.
Just been to Cosmo at Wednesbury for a birthday treat - most disappointed no alcohol beverages in stock we like. We waited over 40 mins for the top up of sweets and deserts mainly Eton mess! should have left sooner as it was tasteless. Won’t be back in a hurry :(

Manchester Deansgate... Terrible. Our bums didn't even touch the chairs and staff already asking for payment..very un professional, rude and shocking service from staff. I said Hi to one of the chefs and he ignored me ha,very miserable. . . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME....Go somewhere more FRIENDLY with staff that actually care about their customers.
Went with my partner on Sunday the 9th January to outlet in Victoria shopping centre in Belfast whilst on a weekend break to Belfast horrible chips cold food not great in general very expensive meal for two and soft drinks 43 pounds very poor never again
It was my boys birthday on 5 th of January. We all when to Cosmo in derby no curry dishes and no sweets dishes and the food was cold . It’s gone down hill so much 😡
Went here with my daughter and husband, do not recommend, curry was ok but everything else was cold, chips cold, chicken nuggets cold, rice cold, onion rings cold, I could go on, pizza looked like it had been sitting there for days, went to get a burger I couldn't believe they kept the buns in one of the hot containers, all the buns were soaking wet, it was so discussing, then was overcharged for my daughter, its suppose to be half price for children. She's under the recommended height. Keep your money and go somewhere else this place is appalling.
Avoid at all costs. Asking 3 waiters/waitresses for 2 glasses for our drinks and them turning up 10minutes later. Told to wear a mask when picking food and wear a glove but 80% of customers not bothering to. Cold chip..cold onion rings...cold gravy...having to look to see what food was steaming before choosing. Stupidly went back to see what else there was and no plates to be fair were the only hot items you could chose. I guess they hoped the plates would heat the food enough for you to get to your table. I would write and complain to Cosmo but i dont want them to give me vouchers to go back....nearly £50 for two and we are now looking for a burger bar for hot food. Shockingly bad....AVOID AT ALL COSTS or cook your food at home today to eat tomorrow and have the same experience as eating there.
Food was cold and what is tried was disgusting. Only positives were the desserts
They forced us to order our drinks and one of our drinks came a hour late and not been able to stay long
Cosmo Derby is definitely a 5 star for me and is so great I love the fact that you can go up and take get your food instead of waiting for someone to do it me and my family always used to have birthday party’s here and they were childhood memory’s to remember . I definitely recommend Cosmo.
Cosmo Derby, Brilliant Manager named Sid, We have been twice recently and Live on the coast in Cleethorpes, so we bypass Doncaster and come to the Derby restaurant, I would just like to point out how courteous not only the manager is but how the staff are too, its nice to see such a diverse workforce and every one gets along so nicely, the foods good too, it must be difficult due to social distancing to get all the food on properly so I bet they can't wait for legislation too change. I can emphasise that even though half the restaurant hadn't even been used tonight, the staff were deep cleaning all the chairs tables and floors!! Love this restaurant and Well done Sid and the team
Cosmo Bristol, a great experience and food. They have gone to great lengths to make it compliant to indoor buffet dining, the food was amazing, the interior has been upgraded, not crowded and overall an excellent service. Cant recommend it enough. Dont always read reviews check it out and make your own opinion.

always nice ,staff work hard ... bit expensive at evenings but u get what you pay for lunch time is spot on smaller range but very reasonable. only negative the sheffield branch your sat so close together ,could do we just abit more space be interesting after lockdown
