Always good service, selection is good Indian Chinese barbecue grill etc but is getting a bit expensive now though. We usually use either the Sheffield or Doncaster branch, Only bad thing about Sheffield is the seating is very close together

Very bad services , the staff there needs more training to how be nice and polite! They are away to deal with people or serve people !! aggressive, never smile very bad staff. I’ve been in many counties before here but I never seen bad services as I’ve seen here !!!!

We went to Cosmo Belfast twice while we were there. The first time was at about 6pm, the food was good and regularly refreshed where as when we went at about 4pm the food was colder and not as fresh but the staff were checking the temperature of it. Some of the cheesecake squares were still frozen in the middle. The Asian food and garlic bread were amazing. Other food apart from desserts were less good and at sometimes disappointing.

Where do I start. The food was awful. It was tasteless and watery. Hardly any choice. The Chinese dumpling were hilarious. Cheap chopped sausage (again revolting , with a bit of dumpling mixture over it. Absolutely not worth the money. They also need to train their staff on food prep stations not to put food in their mouths the carry on with food prep. I will never go there again.

Completely shady business practices. At their Romford branch (possibly all branches) So having gone to cosmos many times in thr past few years, being in the area once again I decided to go there. We arrived without a reservation, luckily there was no queue at all, we were seated immediately. This is where the shady business practice starts. Our waiter asked us if we wanted drinks and we said bottomless drinks, and the buffet. He then mentions that if we were to write a quick review on Google, that we would be allowed a 15 percent off on our bills. When I asked the waiter, how will this work since you ask us to pay upfront, how can I actually write an honest review about the service or the food. His response, you can weite about the atmosphere, the scenery. When I mentioned him that this is completely illegal (as per google terms of conditions) that if Google were to find out about this, they would have the right to remove all of the restaurants feedback that looks forced. The response from the waiter was, yes yes I know but this is how it is. So we simply refused to give a review. So I paid for the food and drinks, went to to get my food and after a few minutes or so I was back at my table. When I went to the bar and asked for glasses, I was told I should have been given glasses at my table. I given my table number and was told to show proof with receipt. Finally before we left, we went to the toilets and the toilets were absolutely dirty, and disgusting, two of the urinals you could not get close to due to there being so much fluid on the floor. And on top of this, you charge a 3 percent service charge, and write on the bill that we should give additional tips to the staff. I bet this 3 percent is not given to wait staff, and the management pockets it. I will be contacting Google about your get 15 percent off today and on your next visit forced review scheme. Good quality was as always excellent except for your desserts. (note to Management, please do not deny any of this, as I will post picture and video evidence if I have to)

Been tonight for a meal with friends for my partner 50th birthday what a great night food was fantastic staff was very polite and friendly gave my partner his meal for free for his birthday all round excellent service from start to finish 😊

Cosmo Eastbourne. NOT a world buffet. Just a very bad Chinese restaurant. Chicken raw. All food cold. Arrived at 1.00pm so 2 hours before closing and half food dishes were empty. Rice hard. All sweet dishes were shop bought I.e. biscuits and cakes and decorated with a child’s sweet. Worst place I have ever been to! Don’t do it! Just to let you know Cosmo in Bournemouth is fantastic!!

Food was good, but £4 was added on to the bill for what, 4 people at £17.99 and £3.50 for soft drinks, total should of been £85.96 not £89.96, so what was the £4 for, I didn't know this until we left as my good friend grabbed the bill, we went half on the bill and it was only afterwards that I noticed that it didn't add up write, I would love to know the answer for the extra £4 if it was for tips, it would be nice to have the option to tip or not tip, cosmos Belfast

The restaurants disgusting pricing policies for a child, discriminates them on hight. All because I have a very tall child i had to pay adult price for him. food is cold & stale. Not replenished regularly. I would not reccomend this restaurant!

This is not world food buffet as shown on Website and previously experienced at other Cosmo (reading and oxford) This is nothing but a very bad, chewy, salty poor Chinese buffet and should most certainly be avoided and Website false advertising as World Buffet. I have contacted them but no response. I also made comment at the restaurant also no response. Avoid, go elsewhere.

Cosmo Norwich Went for family meal weekend . Have to say I haven’t been for a while. All I can say is disappointing food very bland spicy food not spicy, hardly any sweets what there was were tasteless, I won’t be rushing back neither will the rest of our family .

Visited the Cosmo restaurant in the St Enoch centre ,was lovely.Piping hot.plenty of choice and staff were always on hand.Clean and tidy. We visited Cosmo at Silverburn :~[ it was awful,half the containers were empty ,food was not very warm and we sat with all our dirty plates until we left,!Will never return

Great food, friendly staff, but with the price hike in May it won't be our regular any longer. Our server Amber was brilliant, very attentive and friendly.

Feb 20....(just before Covid hit) was the last time we were here. Came to Sunday lunch for our 27th Wedding Anniversary....and we were warmly greeted. Even the manager spoke to every table. The young lad who looked after our section was called Frank, and he was lovely....well spoken, eager, local lad, and a credit to his family. Our food was hot. It was busy (1.30pm) but there was plenty to choose from, and quickly refilled. The only thing we noticed that was 'missing' were the live cooking stations (staffing issues)....but there was enough choice, and we enjoyed what we ate. Thank goodness there was little menu change, and the cubed jelly was back, as was the chocolate fountain.

Went to refurb Cosmo in Oxford was great It was my wife's birthday and she got free birthday meal we will definitely go again.

Felt like I was at a school canteen. Disgusting how everybody is sharing the serving spoons. Chicken was pink! and the rice dry and crunchy. The desserts looked like people had been using there hands to get a portion. It was a complete disappointment and a waste of money. Plus seeing how much waste there was, made me feel awful.

Worst decision we could have made! We booked a table for a birthday dinner on a Saturday evening to find most of the plates empty and barely something left to eat! They were filling some of them only after requesting this 5 times! Why are you allowing people to book a table at 8pm if nobody is bothered to cook anymore? Good thing that we ended up being 8 people instead of 20 as booked originally! Very disappointing!

Chose Cosmo Silverburn for my friends birthday. The food as always was fresh and tasty. The service was outstanding. Our waitress Kiera was amazing. The staff went over and above to seat us as the birthday girl was Covid terrified and this was her first outing. Thank you for a great night
