Extremely highly recommended
I had a great experience with Cornerstone. I had some specific requirements that meant other agencies were not very responsive to me. Bee was the person who got in touch with me and she was so helpful and found a place for me really quickly. She was attentive and helpful and offered lots of great support above what I would have expected from a rental agent. I recommend everyone to use Cornerstone!

With 32 years of experience as a sales professional I have come across all walks of life. I have been frequenting Thailand every year for medical purposes since the past 17 years and I am aware of the good and the bad. When I decided to put roots down and settle here, I had many traumatic experiences at the hands of people that only added to my problems. A friend suggested I try Martin & his team at Cornerstone Real Estate a person whom he knew. Being British myself I really appreciated the fact that Martin was blunt, professional and empathetic to our needs. I have worked in Real Estate for the longest period of time for brand names such as Emaar, Damac & Ellington properties and in my entire sales career spanning over 32 years, this was the easiest & quickest contract signing that I have ever done be it on the client or the vendor side. Within 48 hours the property was handed over to us exactly the way we desired. Martin and his team were professional beyond belief and took care of every legal minute detail that one could think of. The house owners were also informed about us and our entire details were shared with them and they even went above and beyond to allow us pets. I have only known Martin for maybe a week or more but I am extremely impressed with his ability to know the Thai Real Estate law and his dedication to protect both the home owner and the (renter or buyer) as well. He is fluent in Native Thai and has a whole team of people that support his leadership fully.
