I tried 3 different agencies. This is the 3rd house that I have rented for 6 months. It is by far the best, in terms of price and quality. But above all in terms of the service of this agency. At last! a clear, simple, short and effective contract for both parties. No 100 pages of useless and tendentious texts. My agent, Bee, is exceptional. I don't speak English or Thai well and it's difficult, but she takes care of everything, right down to my internet subscription! she checks before, during and at the end if everything is going well. First time that I have confidence and that I am calm, whatever happens. Thank you Bee!

Moving to Pattaya , Cornerstone real estate
I recently relocated from Australia to Thailand , Cornerstone were recommended to me by a friend. I contacted them and was taken to view apartments on 3 separate days , all told we viewed approx 12 apartments . After deciding on a dwelling i was taken through the rental process and had ample time to review the lease contract , at no time was there any hard sell. In fact Earn was happy to continue showing me more apartments. Cornerstone helped me with internet installation and Martin the owner advised me on a TV package that has met all my sporting requirements I cannot speak too highly of the friendly , expert advice that was afforded to me during my relocation , i have no hesitation in recommending Cornerstone and Earn to assist with your future accommodation needs Thank you team Cornerstone kind regards Alan Stephenson

Such a great experience with Cornerstone. I had lots and lots of questions about buying in a new country and they very patiently answered everything. I shopped for four very small condos to make into rentals as one of my 10-year-investment plans for the future. I knew nothing about the local condo market, what was a good deal, what wasn’t, or what areas were popular and what areas weren’t. Over the course of several weeks they very patiently showed me dozens of condos in my price range and by the time we finished I felt confidant in knowing the value of the condos against similar sized condos and most importantly the local locations, locations, locations. I was very happy with them guiding me every new step of the way and I now hope to work with them for years to come.
