Wouldn't know truth if it bit her
I made a request to view a condo on their website and between then and viewing it they put the price up, and when I asked was there good wifi becauseI need this for my firestick the lady that was dealing with me said she would check with the juristic (building maintenance), then she said that there was wifi ok, which is a lie because it cuts out all the time and when I did a speed test it was 0.02 download speed. I spoke to the juristic about it and he said that I would have to pay for my own high speed and installation. I then said to the lady at Cornerstone about having to pay out more money to get good wifi, she then said she lives in the same complex and had to buy her own high speed...so why didn't she tell me that at the start is my question ??

New to Thailand
We had only just moved to Thailand and we were recommended Cornerstone - Martin to help us find somewhere to live. We found Martin to be a great communicator keeping us informed, every step of the way. He was also a good listener, helping us to find the type of property that we wanted. He created a great short list which was very suitable for our taste and budget. He then came and picked up us and supported us with the visit to look at the property. This was very helpful as we were new to Thailand and were still struggling to get around. He stepped us through the process which again was new so we had limited understanding. We chose the first property that we viewed and we are delighted with it. We were able to move quickly and again Martin supported us with this. We would not have been able to get settled as quickly as we did without the support of Martin and we thank him for this. This has made a huge difference to us and our relocation. We cannot recommend Cornerstone / Martin enough.

Super stuff!!
Thank you to Cornerstone for the excellent efficient service. A tenant was found in double quick time, viewing and within a week the tenant had signed the 6 month contract and settled into the condo. Massive thank you to Siah who conducted most of the proceedings and made sure everything was covered from the point of view of the Landlord and the tenant. I will make sure I use cornerstone in the future when renting all of my properties as am chuffed to bit with the overall service.
