The carpet arrived on time and was exactly what we ordered with a new underlay. It was fitted well but forced under 2 doors consequently one door was strained on the hinges. The other wouldn't close . I asked the fitters about dealing with the problem. They claimed the hadn't the kit too the job as it was broken. It was not the service l expected . In the end l had to get a joiner which cost me another £55.

We bought the carpet from a well known carpet company. It was exactly what we imagined it to be having only looked at a sample. We are very pleased with how it looks and it's quality. We would definitely recommend this carpet.

Super soft carpet exactly as described. My first experience of man made carpet. Personally I am not keen on seeing footprints and furniture marks. But the carpet is good quality and I would order a Cormar carpet in the future.
We had ordered Cormar woodland heather twist for our lounge, dining room, stairs and hallway. On the day of fitting, the lounge carpet had black oil marks in various places and the dining room had what looked like a red dye mark on it. Does Cormar not have any quality control in place. We rejected the carpet and had to wait another 10 days for a replacement. Fortunately this was good.
Our carpet was arranged to be fitted Friday morning, phoned to confirm on Friday morning told yes had one to fit then mine got carpet fitters no by 12am no fitter phoned him the got call to say he had no carpet for me .then phoned shop they where trying to get a fitter there had been a mix up at that point was really unhappy. But it was fitted at 5pm carpet is great but won't buy from centre again .

We ordered the carpet through a local store. The carpet has luxuriously soft pile to walk on, plus we had the best underlay Treadair Supreme which gives it an amazing bounce. The colour tones in the carpet are wonderful and the quality is excellent. Would highly recommend this companies carpets.
