My wonderful friends Kelly and Laura, treated me to afternoon tea at Corinthia London. The whole experience was truly lovely. The food, the service and attention to detail was superb. A special thank you to Ines, our waitress, who was friendly, attentive and informative which made the whole experience even more special. I mustn’t forget Roger the pianist who was also very friendly and entertaining. Thank you Corinthia for making my day so memorable.
Cant say anything bad, It was very OK!
I had the lovely opportunity to experience the Corinthia Hotel, in particular the ESPA life Spa. The staff was so lovely and kind. The facilities were incredible. Its an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to relax and treat themselves.
From the moment I stepped into the Corinthia London, there was a sense of quiet refinement that wrapped itself around me. The lobby is grand yet soothing, with an elegance that whispers rather than shouts. I was greeted not just with a smile, but with attentiveness—the kind that makes you feel like the only guest that matters. Reception staff handled everything with grace. No fluster. No fuss. Just a warm welcome and a seamless check-in. It’s a detail often overlooked, yet it set the tone for the entire stay. My room was nothing short of exquisite: spacious, light-filled, and dressed in understated luxury. The linens were crisp, the marble bathroom immaculate, and everything—from lighting to layout—was clearly designed with care and calm in mind. It was a space to breathe. A particular highlight of my stay was my visit to Daniel Galvin at Corinthia. I arrived with a haircut that had left me feeling deflated. Enter Tom—an artist in every sense. His ability to listen, interpret, and transform was remarkable. I left feeling not just seen, but elevated. The bar staff, too, deserve a mention. Friendly without being overbearing, they struck that perfect balance between professional and personable. Whether it was a glass of wine or just directions to dinner, they made the interaction feel genuine. In a city full of luxury, the Corinthia London manages to feel personal. It doesn’t need to prove anything—because the experience speaks for itself. Final thoughts: Corinthia London isn’t trying to dazzle with spectacle. Instead, it wins you over with elegance, excellence, and emotional intelligence. It’s a place where luxury is felt, not flaunted.
My wife treated me to lunch at the Corinthia in London. We ate in the Northall restaurant on Saturday the 18th January 2025. The food was amazing in both quality and quantity. Excellent choice and the restaurant was beautiful. However what made the experience most memorable was the staff, they were very friendly, helpful and most of all professional. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking an enjoyable dining experience.
TERRIBLE DONT COME DIABOLICAL WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN
We had been looking forward to celebrating my mother's 50th birthday at Corinthia, but sadly it was a complete letdown. The service was painfully slow. Despite several attempts to catch a waiter's attention, we were constantly forgotten. It felt like we were an afterthought rather than valued guests. Even the simple request for tea refills was met with reluctance. It took an unreasonably long time for it to arrive. The quality of the food was another issue. The pastries were unappetising and clumped together in cluster .This afternoon tea experience was a mess and it certainly didn’t match the reputation of the venue. The staff seemed to have very little knowledge about the different teas available. Nevertheless, there were two staff members who were very enthusiastic and helpful. They were the only ones who seemed to care about our experience and their attentiveness did partially salvage the celebration, but it wasn’t enough to redeem the experience. Overall, this was an incredibly underwhelming and disappointing experience for such a special occasion. Especially for a hotel with such a strong reputation. My mother's birthday was ruined and we won’t be returning anytime soon. Will not recommend to all our friends and family.
Very disappointed with the concerns about the people who stay at their hotels over wedding venues they put on. Why should us hotel paying customers have to put up with over the top boom boom music! Not impressed.
all was perfect. we had afternoon tea . it was very nice and felt very spoilt . my reason for a 4 star is, the waitress were wearing very scruffy uniforms that didn't fit them and looked like they were wearing sacks. not there fault, they were lovely and mad it a perfect afternoon.
Corinthia London: This process of hired being apparently unable to cancel booking don't via booking.com is ridiculous, I have a booking through booking. Com , never received the booking confirmation and have been locked out of my account, booking.com are not doing anything to resolve that, they keep asking for my pin but can't seem to grasp the fact I am locked out, after explaining the situation to the hotel the booking is still active and they will be happy to take my money even though I am trying to cancel and they are aware of the issues I am having with booking.com, how is they no process on place to factor these scenarios and be willing to uphold customer satisfaction, the hotel is not interested in this and for that reason I will never stay here, I will never recommend to friend or work colleagues, be very wary using booking.com and be wary of hotels who do not have the customer in mind as a priority
A wonderful short stay at The Corinthia in Budapest. Very warm welcome at check-in, fantastic service throughout stay and fabulous facilities. Hotel is well located too.

Hello I’m contacting you about my stay it was nothing short of a disaster Firstly there were several room issues which were rectified by giving us a new room the biggest issue for me was we were out having a cigarette when some drunk men followed us in the bar talking to us so we sat with them until a separate table was available but because they smelt of something we were then kicked out they said they were staying in the hotel and followed us up talking away about what happened we went to are room they spoke to us for another few minutes and left to go to there’s from this point on we were treated like we had done something wrong we then went to the garden restaurant we were told the system was down I said I would go to reception and pay when my husband got back the manager was nothing short of rude I’ve recorded the whole conversation with him He continued to tell me this is there hotel and there is a bill which I said I would pay on check out I would like him to look into all the issues as we have spent a lot of money he continued to tell me he was not going to do so which is outrageous he then came up to the room and asked us to leave Leave for what reason we did absolutely nothing wrong and lovely to everybody we met and sorry for the other guests being rude but that’s not our fault we have had a totally horrendous experience because of your other drunken guest not down to us the wouldn’t stop talking to us we asked for our own table we were then turned down for room service it’s absolutely not good enough at all the managements response to this is shocking to top this off we had your security team chase us down the road accusing us of stealing a hair dryer we offered to unpack all our stuff for them on the street but that wasn’t good enough either I’ve recorded a lot of how we have been treated at this hotel and it’s absolutely terrible the way we are feeling is really not very nice I offered to settle my bill but was told they just want us to leave for what reason I’m totally unsure I’ve spent a lot of money and been treated in this way and no one seems to care at all there seems to be such lack of customer facing issues and it seems to me your very happy taking peoples money and not making there experience pleasant at all we met so many staff had a tour of the hotel no one had anything bad to say about us I should hope there is somebody with in this hotel that can deal with this or I will make my whole experience public also Thomas a manager is so strange to me as the only this he actually cared about is that he was in charge he’s the highest point of contact I also contacted the hotel to ask for a hairdryer on several occasions at no point did you hear a hairdryer you heard my hot brush which I showed staff at the station I’ve sent several emails with no response
Stayed at Corinthia Tower, Prague. Lovely hotel, although now a bit dated by 2020s standards. When I lived in Prague in the 2000s it was the height of luxury.

Wow fabulous hotel. The afternoon tea was amazing. We also enjoyed cocktails in the bar (surprised they charged £6.50 for a small bowl of nuts) but the cocktails were lovely and worth the money. We then had dinner in the Garden Lounge and that was so tasty. Beautiful food and surroundings and very good value for money. The staff were excellent. Highly recommend a visit.
Great hotel in Budapest. Good location in city center, nice staff, clean room. Recommended.
Wonderful location, excellent service!
