What a fantastic experience working with this company compared to Iglu and others! Their service is exceptional, especially from Jason who went over and above to get the holiday right for us which involved calling us at weekends and evenings to fit in with our busy schedules. I won't be going anywhere else going forward having had this level of service no where else compares to this!

Wow fabulous hotel. The afternoon tea was amazing. We also enjoyed cocktails in the bar (surprised they charged £6.50 for a small bowl of nuts) but the cocktails were lovely and worth the money. We then had dinner in the Garden Lounge and that was so tasty. Beautiful food and surroundings and very good value for money. The staff were excellent. Highly recommend a visit.
