I would not recommend this place to anyone, sadly I've shopped there a couple of times in desperation thinking my purchase was just an one off of bad tasteless food, not to mention the extortionate over priced products. For the people, Hummmm...... I would feed my dog you brand.

At checkout was still being charged non member full price even though using card. Told there had been change in conditions. The member savings would be applied next visit.

As a coeliac, I’ve not had a sandwich in years as gluten free bread awful for that. However I have been buying the brown seeded and its great for toast.Not badly priced either, considering other brands. However, I have just bought the Free from New York Style Veggie Deli sandwich after months of searching, someone had recommended it. I really like it, lots of mustard, which is not usually my thing. However it was lovely and sweet and went with everything else. Well done👏👏👏, please keep stocking. I bought it as part of the meal deal, which was brilliant. Got a lovely Innocent smoothie and a pasty for my Hubby, what a deal. As someone with coeliac disease, I have found it increasingly difficult to buy decent sandwiches and eventually gave up. Please keep up the good work and expand the choices. Please keep on making these and I will keep buying more and more at your shops. Thank you.

My husband and I had a meeting with a personal banker yesterday . We asked for help with arranging our ISA's and understanding some of the other savings options on offer. Jeanette Horlock at the Durham Branch was excellent. She understood what we wanted to know and gave us a very valuable and informative interview. She was very helpful and kind .

Coop is a rip off you end up paying more for the food and yet they say they are for the family and people so why are they ripping us off they over charge you and I guess people are so stupid they think they are get something cheaper when really they ain't go to morrisons and you'll see you'll pay less DO NOT SHOP AT COOP YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF or are you one of those that care if you get ripped of because you're to stupid to learn

My father passed away and I notified the Co-op broadband sending them the Death certificate. The co-op replied giving my mother 3 options I was on holiday and my mother who has never paid a bill waited until I returned during that period they cut off her phone. I called them on my return 1st September and was told I needed to send the death certificate again which I did straight away by return email and the account would be re-instated. I called again on the 10th september they need the death certificate which I sent again I was then told they cant help and to open a new account which will take 2 - 3 weeks. I called today the 11th to see if they had the Death certificate this time i sent it as a picture, their customer service is closed for the whole day for staff training. For a company that sells itself as ethical and community spirited their service is disgusting

Snodland Store The manager is very very rude..! Not willing to help in any way Local community store should have a friendly helpful shop but the Manager lets the whole company down..!! Will travel to use another store rather the use that Co Op again

Ordered £15 of shopping online as I'd had an operation and couldn't go to the shop. I received £5 of shopping £10 worth was missing. The bag i got contained a bunch of bananas which was almost black skins. Absolutely disgraceful! I will never do it again.

I was in the snodland store with my assistance dog waiting in line to pay money in to my account, I was told to pick up my dog. I explained i cant because of previous wrist injuries and that she an assistance dog. The sign on the door says theyre allowed but emotional support dogs are to picked up. The manager came over and told me if I didnt pick her up I wont be served. I explained again I cant and why. I showed him my card which shows she is an assistance dog. He didn't look and said "she's an emotional support dog" i repeated that she is in fact registered as an assistance dog for myself and an emotional support animal for my son. He again told me she is an emotional support animal and if i dont do as im told and pick her up I wont be served. I was waiting for the post office to pay money in. He was waiting to tell them not to serve me. Kindly a lady took my dog outside so I could pay my bill money in my account. The manager Brendon Nichols was waiting for me at the exit to tell me again if I come in with her like that I wont be served by anyone. I told him this is discrimination and he's breaching his own door notice. He laughed and said "you can call it that if you want". He treats people Disgustingly, doesn't care about mice in the shop bakery section, doesn't care when people hurt themselves, doesn't care when someone's trying to show him the laws hes breaking, proof of the dogs needs, i offered to show him what she does for me. He refused. Vile man in a very poorly run shop. Leaves female staff alone to chase thieves up the road. Nasty.

Happy with the service, I have had some other supermarket deliveries, but I found coop cheaper for the delivery service. The drivers are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. They only sell 100% British meat, as I am from a farming family I feel this is important. The meat is better, the animals treated better and its fresher.

Did an order as usual and today's delivery driver wouldn't accept id from any of us even though I'd had a delivery 2 days ago from the same shop, he was smirking at us and arguing, I tried to phone the store from 3 different numbers and they cut me off, oh it was the same id that was given a few weeks ago with the same driver!! None of the others ask!! Never using them again, Tranmere co-op Wirral -10 stars oh and he started filming us all!!

I placed an order at 10.15am for delivery between 11 and 12AM Called to speak to an advisor after 2 hours who said a driver had been assigned, an hour half later still no order, called up to cancel order at 3.00pm. The orders are usually waiting on a counter for a driver to collect, i ordered chicken and dairy so no thanks. Terrible service

It appears the new check outs do not issue a detailed list of products bought when paying. This leaves it open for mistakes to be made when discounts aren't inputted into the system but are shown on the shelf. Leaving no way of checking if the discount has been applied. Ask for a produts bought list from the staff

Bought Co-op’s so-called “premium” stone-baked pizza and honestly, it’s a total disappointment. The tomato sauce is bitter, bland, and downright unpleasant, completely ruining the pizza. I paid £5 for this inferior product, yet their 65p kids’ snack pizzas taste far better — and I actually enjoyed those more. Nothing about this pizza feels premium; it’s misleading, frustrating, and frankly ridiculous. To top it off, they don’t even allow reviews on their products because they know exactly what they’re selling is garbage.

One of the worst online hiring processes!!!! Tried to do it 4 times and it goes into Error. After that I just didn't bother.

The Co-op needs to remember what its business is. I choose what products I wish to buy in stores. If I want to buy items from Israel, I will. I don't expect retailers to be the gatekeepers, choosing what I'm allowed to buy. I guess the Co-op will soon decide I'm not allowed to eat meat and remove it from the stores. I put up with all their various bandwagons up to now. The green phase, the dumb climate change activist phase, the DEI phase. However, this boycott of Israeli goods goes too far. Meanwhile, I live in a town which is dominated by the Co-op. They clearly profiteer from their monopolistic position. The fruit and veg is appalling and very expensive. I was told that even the previous manager shopped elsewhere because it's too expensive. Why do the Co-op keep losing market share? Well it's obvious to me, but clearly not to them. They are supposed to be retailers, not political activists or social engineers. I shall, in future, get the bus to a decent supermarket.

Thinking of becoming a Co-op member? Check carefully beforehand, as I had been using our local Co-op regularly I thought it would be a good idea to make myself a member, paid the£1, received my card and went to use it in the shop, didn't work and the shop assistant said it will never work because apparently there's multiple Co-op's and they all have a different card, there isn't a Co-op near me for my card. Who would ever think that there would be more than one card for seemingly the same supermarket chain? Haven't be back.

Tried to make a complaint about the dreadful state of our local store. Spoke to young guy called Barron. He gave me a garbled story about how co-op stores came under different managements and regional offices. He even started to mock me, saying "you're not getting it are you ?" He was right, I didn't understand everything he was telling me. And, more worryingly, I'm not really sure he did either. The Co-op as a company is a dead duck now and has served its purpose and should really be allowed to run itself into the ground now. Regrettably, it seems the executive board at the Co-op is of exactly the same opinion.

Absoulte shambles coop dealing the house sale of deceased parents slow in everything wouldnt recommend using and done on purpose i know 2 family members paid out put on a 3 day back bank no apology nothing awful service glad im finished them hallets estate agent have been spot on all the way through highly recommended
