They cut my 88 year old mother off and left her unable to contact anyone
My father passed away and I notified the Co-op broadband sending them the Death certificate. The co-op replied giving my mother 3 options I was on holiday and my mother who has never paid a bill waited until I returned during that period they cut off her phone. I called them on my return 1st September and was told I needed to send the death certificate again which I did straight away by return email and the account would be re-instated. I called again on the 10th september they need the death certificate which I sent again I was then told they cant help and to open a new account which will take 2 - 3 weeks. I called today the 11th to see if they had the Death certificate this time i sent it as a picture, their customer service is closed for the whole day for staff training. For a company that sells itself as ethical and community spirited their service is disgusting
