First (insulation) phase completed today by Consumer Energy Solutions to insulate our home, install a air source heat pump and fit solar panels. The insulation stage work was done by Keiran and Ashley. Superb workmanship; they were fast, efficient, very polite and went above and beyond to get all the work done. A 5 star service from two skilled and hardworking young men. Thanks guys you were great👍👍
We had Nathan & Keelan as the insulation installation team. They were punctual, professional and kept work areas tidy and safe. They accommodated slight adjustments, and also made sure all work complied with current Building Regulations, even conducting remedial work on the existing building structure to ensure compliance. They kept us informed at all stages of work to ensure minimal disruption to household activities, and pet movements, going above and beyond expectations. A thoroughly professional and friendly team, who we had for two weeks working in the property and installed very high quality work.
From the first survey in Februay to completion of work in July the company have communicated promptly and efficiently and have supplied tradespeople of the highest calibre. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and every last scrap of rubbish was cleared. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

Sadly very poor installation left behind. They have secured the cable coming down from solar panel with the gutter pipe instead of securing on the wall. That can damage my gutter. Also not secure the side of the solar panel. Reported but nothing resolved.
I had Consumer Energy Solutions install , cavity wall insulation , extraction fans and solar panels . I was a little apprehensive when I first applied for the grant as I am an OAP and live on my own but did check reviews etc . Every workman that came here were very professional and made me feel at ease with everything that was happening and did talk me through it all . From my own personal experience I received first class treatment and am very happy with all works completed . I definitely would recommend this company with confidence .
Easy to keep in touch with, eager to please and responsive initially Solar installation was easy, only real issue is that a monitoring system was not included which would have been nice to see the kit working. The contractor was excellent. We ran into issue with the insulation side. Due to ventilation concerns and nobody seemingly able to address them the loft was in the end never funded. This should have been addressed within the guidance worked with
Very professional service, we had solar panels, loft insulation, bathroom fans and vents in some double glazing units. We were kept up to date at every stage of the process. The guys who completed the work were polite and keen to do the best for us. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Gave me 12 hours notice on 25th October to start am 26th October. Insulation of walls until the 2nd November when work stopped because of a special scaffolding tower needed to work on the staircase wall. Radiators and some electrical sockets removed during that period. Rang Friday 10th November and the 13th November for information on when this work will be completed. No contact yet on the 14th November. Only heating I have is the Aga in the kitchen. Nobody is getting back to me to update me on commencement or estimated finishing date. Such a rush to set up and secure this work and I willingly complied with the 12 hour notice and worked through the night to clear the rooms in my house. I am very concerned and anxious about the conduct of this company. I fear I am going into the coldest time of the year with little hope of a reliable heating system.
