First (insulation) phase completed today by Consumer Energy Solutions to insulate our home, install a air source heat pump and fit solar panels. The insulation stage work was done by Keiran and Ashley. Superb workmanship; they were fast, efficient, very polite and went above and beyond to get all the work done. A 5 star service from two skilled and hardworking young men. Thanks guys you were great👍👍
We had Nathan & Keelan as the insulation installation team. They were punctual, professional and kept work areas tidy and safe. They accommodated slight adjustments, and also made sure all work complied with current Building Regulations, even conducting remedial work on the existing building structure to ensure compliance. They kept us informed at all stages of work to ensure minimal disruption to household activities, and pet movements, going above and beyond expectations. A thoroughly professional and friendly team, who we had for two weeks working in the property and installed very high quality work.
From the first survey in Februay to completion of work in July the company have communicated promptly and efficiently and have supplied tradespeople of the highest calibre. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and every last scrap of rubbish was cleared. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

I couldn't give enough praise to the engineers who installed my new gas boiler. They were professional and knowledgeable about their trade and they cleaned up all their mess after finishing the job. Thank you CES. You have a happy customer who has zero doubt in recommending your services.
A huge thank you to Grant, Andrew and Lewis from consumer energy solutions for their hard work plaster boarding and plastering over the last few days. The standard of work has been excellent and they were always polite and courteous. So far I’ve had an excellent experience with this company, I look forward to the next phase of the project.
CES have done a super job in a property we let out. At all times they were considerate to the tenant who has sight problems, making sure his day to day living was disrupted as little as possible. The standard of the work was excellent and was completed quickly and efficiently.
Your staff on the grown where out stanning Very professional clean and tidy treated me with the utmost respect I have a brain condition, but there Managers were not up to speed with what was going on here when your staff was working here. The managers forgot to order equipment so your staff could not do their job I had three surveyors here before you started work their data did not get to the gentleman on the ground absolute chaos, thank you Robert James
The company were always checking up to make sure all was ok. The guys we had doing the plumbing we're very nice and proffessional and respected our property. Did a nice clean job. The electricians worked great, the chaps put our new Solar panels up in no time at all. Communication with Consumer Energy Solutions was great. I would certainly recommend this company. Everything is working great now we have the cold weather coming in. And hard to believe but it was all done for free.
It took a longer time than we were told....however it was worth it. Our cold damp house is totally transformed and is now positively cosy. Usually we would light the log burner around 5pm - earlier if it was very cold - but it has not been lit since April 2023. The house is wonderfully warm. and there is no longer any condensation on the insides of our windows!! Crazy but true. In addition, the different teams of workers who came were all without exception, polite and courteous, and all were hard working.
