First (insulation) phase completed today by Consumer Energy Solutions to insulate our home, install a air source heat pump and fit solar panels. The insulation stage work was done by Keiran and Ashley. Superb workmanship; they were fast, efficient, very polite and went above and beyond to get all the work done. A 5 star service from two skilled and hardworking young men. Thanks guys you were great👍👍
We had Nathan & Keelan as the insulation installation team. They were punctual, professional and kept work areas tidy and safe. They accommodated slight adjustments, and also made sure all work complied with current Building Regulations, even conducting remedial work on the existing building structure to ensure compliance. They kept us informed at all stages of work to ensure minimal disruption to household activities, and pet movements, going above and beyond expectations. A thoroughly professional and friendly team, who we had for two weeks working in the property and installed very high quality work.
From the first survey in Februay to completion of work in July the company have communicated promptly and efficiently and have supplied tradespeople of the highest calibre. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and every last scrap of rubbish was cleared. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

I would recommend this company for any energy upgrades.
We have had a full installation of solar, heating and loft insulation. They promise the world and play the blame game between departments. Solar wasn't really an issue and was done quickly and efficiently and the technicians were very helpful. Insulation department, messy, careless and lazy. Had to keep chasing. Heating keep blaming plumbers or electricians, or even the supplier. No response to complaints. No heating/hot water (intermittently), holes in walls, broken guttering, cracked cement and apparently technicians calling in sick!! but no notice given.
The call staff were helpful , guys fitting insulation worked hard . There was a plumber who did some follow up work very helpful . I had solar panels fitted and that worked well .
Amazing experience with consumer energy solutions, i highly recommend them. Great communication with office staff and onsite team. Job completed quickly and professionaly. Most things like this sound too good to be true but CES are the real deal. Thank you

I have been on a two year journey with CES & have just completed by having a Battery installed by them. The engineer they sent was outstanding. He spent time explaining everything till my old brain understood. Unfortunately, he was supposed to download the APP, so I could see the benefit, however CES hadn't checked if I had an iPhone & how old it was. I have upgraded the phone but now have to wait for the download until CES do a follow up inspection. Also, the communication was not as good as it was in the past. On advice from the engineer I have switched energy supplier to 'Octopus' - I could have done it earlier had I known.. However, I am a happy customer & awaiting the sun to shine & make me some money

We couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional service provided by insulation workers Chris and Chris, alongside their manager, Andrew Dymond. Their workmanship was top-notch, and their professionalism was matched by their friendly and accommodating nature. The plastering is flawless, showcasing their skill and attention to detail. They were incredibly helpful and obliging throughout, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A fantastic team - highly recommended.
Had an excellent group of work men from all the trades especially Wayne and Craig. Their work was always professional and now my home is much warmer. The office staff were also helpful sorting out any minor issues as quickly as possible.
