Vile Company – Proceed with Caution
Our experience with this company, operating under a government-funded heating grant scheme, has been extremely distressing and damaging—both emotionally and physically to our home.
What began as a routine installation quickly spiralled into a series of serious issues. We experienced an initial leak that caused property damage, followed by further damage during the company’s attempt to repair our home! Most concerning of all was a major mains water leak, which we allege was caused by the company’s work. Despite clear evidence of the timing and impact, the company has denied any responsibility.
Throughout this ordeal, communication has been evasive, accountability has been non-existent, and the overall conduct has been unprofessional at best. We have also experienced unauthorised visits and individuals taking photographs of our property without consent—behaviour that we find both invasive and unacceptable.
We strongly urge others to document every interaction and proceed with extreme caution if considering this company. What should have been a helpful government-supported service has instead left us with lasting damage and no resolution.
