First (insulation) phase completed today by Consumer Energy Solutions to insulate our home, install a air source heat pump and fit solar panels. The insulation stage work was done by Keiran and Ashley. Superb workmanship; they were fast, efficient, very polite and went above and beyond to get all the work done. A 5 star service from two skilled and hardworking young men. Thanks guys you were great👍👍
We had Nathan & Keelan as the insulation installation team. They were punctual, professional and kept work areas tidy and safe. They accommodated slight adjustments, and also made sure all work complied with current Building Regulations, even conducting remedial work on the existing building structure to ensure compliance. They kept us informed at all stages of work to ensure minimal disruption to household activities, and pet movements, going above and beyond expectations. A thoroughly professional and friendly team, who we had for two weeks working in the property and installed very high quality work.
From the first survey in Februay to completion of work in July the company have communicated promptly and efficiently and have supplied tradespeople of the highest calibre. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and every last scrap of rubbish was cleared. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

I had my walls plastered by Richard and Dylan this week. I am still smiling as I am writing this! The walls in my house look absolutely amazing! I bought this house 9 years ago and paid plasterers to skim my walls and it turned out terrible. I had the internal wall insulation fitted by Mike and Rob which I thought was amazing and then Richard and Dylan did an absolutely amazing job after. Whatever these guys are getting paid. It is definitely not enough!!! I hope you continue to thrive consumer energy solutions and keep up the standards that these employees have excelled at! An extremely happy customer!!!

Our experience with this company, operating under a government-funded heating grant scheme, has been extremely distressing and damaging—both emotionally and physically to our home. What began as a routine installation quickly spiralled into a series of serious issues. We experienced an initial leak that caused property damage, followed by further damage during the company’s attempt to repair our home! Most concerning of all was a major mains water leak, which we allege was caused by the company’s work. Despite clear evidence of the timing and impact, the company has denied any responsibility. Throughout this ordeal, communication has been evasive, accountability has been non-existent, and the overall conduct has been unprofessional at best. We have also experienced unauthorised visits and individuals taking photographs of our property without consent—behaviour that we find both invasive and unacceptable. We strongly urge others to document every interaction and proceed with extreme caution if considering this company. What should have been a helpful government-supported service has instead left us with lasting damage and no resolution. Note: We fully expect the company to respond to this review with a generic, dismissive message claiming to take feedback seriously. Please know that such responses do not reflect the reality of our experience, nor do they address the serious issues raised here. The install team Will George, Tom Griffiths, Dylan Ellis were amazing ....extremely professional throughout the installation! I would happily recommend this company and team to anybody.
We were fortunate to benefit from a New boiler, Radiators and pipework, Solar panels and Insulation from the Government grant scheme. A word of caution firstly- try and avoid completion on a Friday as, if there are any teething problems with the new system there is no access to queries/ support over the weekend. We were taken aback to the upheaval as we were totally ignorant to the extent of the work involved, luckily we had already delayed changing carpets and decorating till later in the year. On a positive note we were very lucky as all the workmen and specialities were really friendly, patient and totally respectful of our home and dog. We are still getting to know the new system and it's too soon to see the effect on our energy bills, we are yet to consider the ongoing boiler maintenance and servicing process. We appreciate being accepted for the scheme and can hopefully benefit from the energy saving systems.
We had an installation carried out in December 2023 and have now run the system for a complete year. Very impressed overall. The installation teams (all of them) were pleasant, professional and tidy. The work was carried out in a very professional manner all the way from initial survey through to commissioning and also the one maintenance call we had was responded to rapidly and resolved on the first visit. We have signed up for the service scheme and look forward to continuing to have happy, warm home that also provides us with plenty of cheap energy for our car. All in all I would definitely recommend CES to anyone asking who to use.
