poor customer service.. stuck with pants that don’t fit.. would not take back. Have already told everyone I know to stay away from your company.. customer service rep was less than helpful and did not care about the customer. Typical these days..

I own a small company w/ 20 construction guys & placed an order 6 weeks ago, no package & no notification from them!! Then I receive a review asking if I’d rate them & their performance…..HORRIBLE!!!! Bad idea! Construction Gear never shipped & then cancelled my order! WHAT???

The problem is the shirts I ordered were out of stock and nobody was Updating me on when they might have them in stock!

Box items were packed in seemed flimsy. Wrong type of cardboard box for the amount and weight of items ordered. Received crumbled and slightly opened (not discounting mishandling during shipping). However box looked and felt very thin and wasn't taped very well.

Bad order ese shoes in need asap and took for ever just to let me know this would be in back order for another month after I had already been waiting for the order never again

I have not received the item that I ordered. Last communication was " when the vendor get the item in, they will ship it out.

I purchased a belt that was on clearance and it ended up being too big so I just wanted to exchange it for something smaller and they wouldn't do it so I had to cut it and buy a leather punch as well what fiasco. Don't buy clearance without knowing it will fit!!!

After placing my order, I received an e-mail asking me to call to confirm my billing address. No problem. I called to confirm, and I was told my order would then be placed. 2 weeks after initially placing my order I received a second e-mail saying I would be sent a refund as what I ordered was out of stock. Very unfortunate and I will not be ordering from here again as this was a time sensitive order. I did receive the refund.
