What is boots from you guys returned it because of the wrong size no one ever contact me and see whether you received the boots or not you haven’t even contact Klarna to see if the boots was returned. Bad customer service.

Didn’t fit both items were to small, wanted to exchange for a different size. No exchanges or returns because they were clearance items? I thought they were on sale?

The boots I purchased are falling apart.

Shipping time was really lengthy compared to other places. There is a scratch on the door that someone clearly tried to unsuccessfully rub out. The back board of the cabinet didn’t screw in properly, and I’m worried it will eventually come off. And the thing that really threw me was that I found this cabinet by Google searching for “white rolling cart”. In the photo it appeared white. I ordered it, thinking it was white. It is actually gray. That’s not a huge issue, but please change the photo online.

Size was too big and boots were uncomfortable for me. I would’ve gladly exchanged them for another pair but it wasn’t allowed. Therefor I wasted my money and the boots are sitting here collecting dust never to be worn again. Never using your site again
