It's pretty difficult for me to give an unbiased review here, but I'll do my best. I ordered an item that was on backorder, and that wasn't a huge deal. After the expected ship date (about a month out) I didn't hear anything. Waited a few days, and didn't receive an email. After nearly a week I reached out to find the item that I ordered was discontinued. That was the pretty negative part of my experience.
Once Construction Gear became aware of the situation, they were very communicative and issued me a refund within 24 hours. I was pleased at how quickly they solved this issue, but pretty annoyed that it took so long for them to realize there was one in the first place. It set me a month back, unfortunately. Because of the quality of customer service, I would be willing to order again, but nothing that I needed urgently.
