These boots run quite a bit bigger than my other steel toe boots, like a whole size bigger. They are comfortable but a sloppy fit. I stand in water all day for work so need a waterproof non slip boot, the left boot is waterproof but the right one is not. I would like them if they fit better and were watertight. Also, I ordered these in September and received them 3 months later, no notification of them being on back order till I asked for my money back. Communication is the key to success

Pants didn't have the material thickness I would of expected. The collar buttons fell off one of the shirts I ordered. Outside of the button issues, the shirts were well made, nice heavy cloth..

Order my boots a month and a half ago still can't get it

Order two pair of Justin boots at the same time. One pair showed up in about a week. Several weeks later I received an email that my boots have been sent. No boots arrived and when I checked on delivery status it stated they were delivered. Then everything went down hill from there. Customer service was no help due the same info I had that the boots were delivered. Shipping order which came with first pair was correct showing one pair which helped on my end I happened to save the box they came in which I had to send pictures of boots and boot info proving I only received one pair of boots. I eventually received the missing boots about a week after date I was promised they would arrive. Boots did not fit! Left one was so tight it was difficult to my foot into it. Right boot I could not get heal into boot. Boots same size and style. Then the return process was as another nightmare. Took about a week to just get someone to send a return label. Boots were sent back waiting for my refund. I have ordered boots from construction gear in the past and had nothing but great service. Was it construction gear or Justin boots I do not know and am questioning if I should order again.
