All good except the tracking issues, I don't like having to accept a 3rd party and giving access to them , they asked for too much information and finally I opted out of the app and actually figured that I had been taken and was writing off the whole thing. I was quite surprised when the items I ordered showed up. That is the only reason I will not use you again.

I had a great experience with the customer service representative. However I do not understand how my new and bigger pair of pants cost me less than the smaller ones. Only reason I mention it is because I was never refunded the difference.

when i ordered these jeans i was told they were in stocl and i would receive them in 5 to 7 days then the next day i received a email saying that they were back ordered and i would not get them till 4-15-22 Is this any way to run a business. around the first of dec.2021 i ordered 2 pair of jeans from you and i never got them. only a promise of 50% off my next order and of course I did not get my 50% off this order just a back order that was in stock when i placed the order. I think i have a right to be upset don't you...

I am a little disappointed about not being told the item was on back order i had to e mail co to find out that expected date of delivery or maybe shipment is april 15th i ordered it march the 16th

Easy to navigate website; great customer service. Suggestion: make it clear on the website that you need to order from a specific product line to order logos on vests, etc. I didn't know where that was and couldn't find how to order with a logo. After some frustration, finally called customer service. Otherwise, great!
