A professional and dedicated company with friendly and competent staff. My business is only small and we rely heavily on our online systems. I admit to knowing the basics but I’m a complete novice at the intricacies of online security. The staff of Concept-IT talked me through what they were doing at every stage and didn’t blind me with science. They turned up on time and always seemed to be happy in their work. The telephone support is first rate and I felt like I couldn’t have been in more competent hands.

We have just taken delivery of a new server for our business. The quote included a fixed price installation which included moving everything from our old system to the new one. The equipment turned up on time and the technicians which installed the system were very friendly and courteous. We also have a 24 month service contract and if the experience so far is anything to go by then we're going to get along well.

We're a regional organisation covering 7 sites, presenting a variety of IT challenges! I've always found Concept to be open, friendly and professional. They respond to calls quickly, keep us updated with progress and often go the extra mile to ensure any downtime is kept to a minimum. We use Concept for all our IT needs as well as taking out the service contract which we find most beneficial.
