Customer service too long
I’ve complained about receiving only half my order over a week ago and I’ve had one message back saying that they will be I touch I ordered 2 x beef protein (strawberry laces) and received 1 but it’s taking over a week to look into and sort out

First time delivery didn’t go to well but I left a review and Chris Brodie replied and was very polite and sorted everything out Very helpful and responded quickly My delivery is now being rescheduled and Chris is sorting it out Very appreciated 🙌

Great products, let down a bit in customer service
I have been a loyal customer of CNP for the last 15 years through various different outlets, I love their products. I’ve tried the competition over the years but always keep coming back to CNP. Unfortunately the last few orders haven’t been great. Communication with customer services isn’t good, the delivery firm are useless and deliver you order to the wrong address and when the office lady rings in sick orders aren’t processed. I’ll still remain loyal to CNP, just a bit disappointed with the service of late. Fingers crossed this is addressed soon.
