Customer service too long
I’ve complained about receiving only half my order over a week ago and I’ve had one message back saying that they will be I touch I ordered 2 x beef protein (strawberry laces) and received 1 but it’s taking over a week to look into and sort out

CNP is one of the best nutrition companies I've ever used, great taste of the protein shakes and quality of ingredients. New range of pre-workouts is amazing and I recommend it for all of those who need a good pump and more energy before and during your workout.

Extremely slow delivery
Extremely slow delivery, been a week and I am still waiting for product to be delivered. Customer service very unhelpful, said they would chase up my order and get back to me but never did. I wont be using them again and will be making sure mr friends avoid them.

Slow delivery
Good product. Very slow delivery. Almost a week to be delivered despite stating order before 2pm for same day dispatch. Ordered on 13th Feb. Wasn't processed until the 18th. This happened in my last order too over a month ago, in which excuses were made when I phoned to ask where my order was. CNP, don't advertise quick dispatch when this obviously isn't true!
