Customer service too long
I’ve complained about receiving only half my order over a week ago and I’ve had one message back saying that they will be I touch I ordered 2 x beef protein (strawberry laces) and received 1 but it’s taking over a week to look into and sort out

Promass chocolate 10/10
I thought I'd go back in time to the old days and purchase a 4.5kg tub of promass, as that was my ideal go to protein at the time. This time I thought I'd buy a bundle with some bcaa to help me put a little size on during my bulking phase. To my suprise the flavour has not changed much and the supplement was really easy to mix with water and milk. The portion sizes are incredible for both. Delivery got to me quick without having to wait and was provided with a tracking code to track the delivery. Also received an email explaining that CNP have a customer service readily available incase of any problems. Would definitely recommend and a 10/10 service. Such a shame you don't receive any free samples in your box when you have spent over a certain amount. Thanks again
