Customer service too long
I’ve complained about receiving only half my order over a week ago and I’ve had one message back saying that they will be I touch I ordered 2 x beef protein (strawberry laces) and received 1 but it’s taking over a week to look into and sort out

Normally great value for money and a great product. However my most recent order consisted of a tub of expansion that had obvious signs of moisture exposure which left it rock hard in the tub. My partner tried contacting them through twitter but received no response, have to admit I'm disappointed.
