Were short staffed so did not process order by expected time. Upgraded delivery at their expense so I got the goods by the original expected date. Excellent service would use again.

Sky+ box arrived in good time and was quickly up and running. Pairing our (fairly old) TV to the new remote control required a slight departure from the otherwise helpful notes provided by Chigwell Satellite (Items 6,10 and 11 in the guidance notes were ignored and pairing was tested using the volume control only - but the procedure probably varies slightly with different remote control/TV combinations). This is a very minor point, however, and I would recommend the company for their efficiency and value for money.

What a helpful company! Phoned to buy a new Sky box but was advised to try a fix on my old one first. This worked fine and saved me buying! Nice to have some honest advice from a company. They lost a sale from me this time but I’ll definitely be back! Richard

I called Chigwell Satellite because I thought my Sky+ box was on the blink and they could sell me a new box. Alfie took the time to ask me the details and suggested changing the HDMI cable and the port on the TV. Problem fixed. Great service, great advice.

On 15th Feb my Humax Freesat stopped recording and I contacted Chigwell Satellite to discuss a replacement box. I spoke to Richard who suspected that a Factory reset might correct my fault. He then got Alfie to patiently talk me through the reset procedure. It worked. These guys are “old school”…giving such great help & service. I shall certainly use them in future for my Satellite needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks guys…great service.

Nice bit of kit, especially in white the same colour as the Arc, almost invisible when fitted.

I had difficulties buying a new Humax Freesat recorder as I live in France, fortunately I was able to speak to a human being and in no time I had ordered a product of my choice which was subsequently delivered in under a week to my home address. Amazing service and no nonsense support. Well recommended.

I had a problem with my Humax freesat recorder. I could not get the second tuner to work. Having seen reviews about Chigwell Satellites, I decided to contact them. Right from the start of the conversation they were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They immediately identified the problem. They stayed on the phone and talked me through the process. I honestly didn’t think people like this existed any more. I wish I could give them a higher rating.

Very quick dispatch of the correct item. Regrettably, using the included paper form as a guide and the Yahoo email address given it was not possible to facilitate a reply from the company regarding a simple query. It has been 3 weeks now. Until that query is answered it is not convenient (for me) to power up the unit so I have no idea as to whether it will be satisfactory for my needs or not. Time will tell.
