Ordered Monday morning, dispatched Tuesday, arrived Wednesday. Had to email them on Wednesday as no email received with tracking number to see if Order had been dispatched which it was ,very quick response! Would use again, thanks.

I purchased a new Humax HDR-1100S from Chigwell Satellite but was sent a refurbished one in error. The box worked fine and decided to keep it. I spoke to Richard at Chigwell and was promptly refunded the difference between the new and used model. So overall very happy with the Humax box and the service I received from Chigwell Satellite. would highly recommend.

When my elderly mum's SKY+ HD box broke down, we needed reliable next day delivery of a replacement. Called Chigwell Sattelite, and spoke with Richard who was exceptionally helpful in trying to get a replacement SKY+ HD box sent out that day, and even went the extra mile to drive down to the post office to personally ensure that it would be devlievered the next day. When I had a problem with the delivery company they were great in tracking it down. When something goes wrong it is how they respond is a key indicator of what sort of company they are. The product (SKY HD+) was as stated. Brand new and complete. I plugged it in, followed their instructions and within 20 minutes had it up and running and registered with my SKY account. I wish more companies were like this. Highly Recommended

Dealing with this company was like a breath of fresh air. Having to update my sky box I was a little concerned to buy from a company so far from us in Normandy, France. I telephoned and spoke to Richard who answered my questions and recommended a box to suit my needs at an attractive price, delivered and taxes paid. It arrived 2 days earlier than expected and after a quick conversation with Richard I had it working very quickly.
