Great service

I needed to replace my Humax FVP4000T PVR which had just packed up. I wanted to buy the same model again if possible as I knew exactly how to operate it. I googled the model details and saw Chigwell Satellite ads for a refurbished machine which I purchased. I am delighted with my purchase - it was delivered a day early, was extremely straightforward to set up, operates exactly like my old one and the picture quality is excellent. Chigwell Satellite will certainly be my first port of call for satellite TV equipment in the future.

I recently piece a human recording box from Chigwell satelite , had a problem with the box and when it came to returning the box Chigwell customer services were fantastic in returning it and replacing it with a new one.

If you deal with great guys you get great results! Dan and Charlie handled all of my questions and delivered a solid network that my family can count on. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company with a professional approach. Thanks guys.

Quick and efficient service

Needed to exchange a Sky Box that I’d incorrectly ordered. Superb service provided by Charlie who advised on the correct box and arranged an exchange.

I needed a Freesat Humax box and ordered directly from Amazon with a next day delivery promised. It didn't happen and I could not get a firm delivery date. I contacted Chigwell, a very helpful advisor, ordered there and then and box delivered next day to west of Scotland. Whether this was an Amazon or Evri failure I dont know, but thanks to Daniel at Chigwell for coming to the rescue.

We brought some equipment from this company many years ago. Lately we have had satellite reception problems, nothing to do with the equipment they sold us. Rang them today for advice and they could not have been more helpful. Would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Excellent service. Quick response. An engineer was sent out same day to fix our Starlink Internet system. Great communication from Charlie in the office, and very knowledgeable Engineer on site..Back up and running same day..Very happy with Chigwell Satellite.

I wanted a specific Humax box which they were advertising via another company. I contacted them about customs duty being paid as it was coming into France. I have heard horror stories of items being charged what can only be described as excessive by Douane. Daniel confirmed that they would be paying the duty at their end and explained the process. I purchased the item and was told up to 7 days and it arrived in 4. Very pleased with the service and very pleased with the item I purchased and much cheaper than other companies. A pleasure to do business with. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Sky+HD box and was really impressed with the service given by this Company. The instructions given with the box helped me to connect it without employing a technician to deal with it. I emailed about something else and Daniel sent a detailed email explaining how to sort the problem which it did. This Company goes above and beyond - a rare experience nowadays.
