Stay away. Changed my phone so had to redo ID check. Fair enough I did the same on my othe bank apps. But Chase would not accept the same ID I used to open the account. I am now going to issue a High Court writ to recover my money. App is utterly useless.

I believed the adverts too, but this is the worst bank I have had dealings with. Be careful you can only access your account from 1 ONE device so no paying with Apple Pay and then looking at your account on a larger screen. Closed the account and stayed with Starling

No need to chase Chase. I have to say over the past 2-3 years losing a business and starting another one and as we all know life has been challenging. With 2 existing well known banks one of which proved very disloyal and disappointing to me caused me to research others. Chase from the first communication a few months ago now and upto to present have been exemplary in their actions. First class customer care they value their customers so am very pleased I made the right choice! I am however taken aback noting negative reviews here? I would 100% Chase.

When I transfer funds from my savings, the money is immediately taken from my accand then just disappears for two or three days into thin air, I have had to call them and email them time after time to find out where my money is ..until eventually when then decide to put the money where I wanted it. The customer service is none existent, nothing short of a disgrace….trying to get my own money is harder than earning it was ! All their advertising is instant access savings at any time…this is simply not true

Back in July I was triying to get a loan through a website. I was told they needed my bank info to verify I had an account at Chase. The person I talked to was a Jason Miller and he, while was on the phone, hacked into my account and overdrawed it $1600.00. I filed a police report calle Chase Claims and reported it. They did NOTHING but accuse me of doing it. I no longer bank with them. I had an account ther for almost 10 years.

Get your money out of this crappy bank. Appalling service. People who promise all sorts then you never hear from them again (how are you 'Harry'?). All they want to do is make money by holding your cash when you desperately need it. Learn from our lesson. Don't use this shower.

Chase Bank is the worst bank in the world, they have held onto people's money, overcharged fees, and closed accounts when they owe them for promo for opening a checking account. Want to see more go to Facebook in groups and look for "I hate Chase bank"! DO NOT TRUST THEM OR ANY OTHER AFFILIATES, OTHER BANKS OFFER A LOT BETTER RATES AND PROGRAMS!

Does not allow you to close your account in the app, sends you round in circles while the "so called, real person", is giving me the same information that doesn't work, buy something nice with my money, have now deleted the app, at least it allows me to do that!...

Chase Bank is a great bank for online services for personal and business.

Spent 5 hours this evening going round in circles trying to log in with my I D. Then having to wait while my details were verified. I waited. Had a message to log on. Then had to ho through the whole process again. I gave up. I can't give an app my cash when I can't log on. I'm worried I won't have access to it. I have deleted the app.

Joined Chase in May. Easy to set up and use. After 28 days I still havent received my card. I contacted them and they come back with a bog standard reply telling me how to order a new card. I havent even received a card and they ask me to order a new one. Totally amateur company. I will be closing my account.

I opened an account with Chase bank 3 weeks ago , sent 2 emails still no reply . Still haven't received my card . I'm now going to close my account.

A very easy banking app to set up and use. Plus you can refer to others and both be rewarded. Had a slight problem with a two transactions being blocked but the second was because the first staff member failed to lift the restriction after the first issue. Easy to communicate though and now resolved. For that and that only I gave them 4/5 stars. Would recommend

Just given a very good review of Chase with a couple of minor quibbles. Don’t get why some people are having trouble signing up and getting thru on the phone. No problems signing up and phoned them a couple of times with no wait and very helpful. I transfer money to the card from my current account and it goes thru straight away. Haven’t yet tried to take any money out - hopefully it will work well that way 🤞 As I’m definitely enjoying getting cash rewards.

DO NOT use Chase UK Bank! Every time you try to make a payment, you have to go through 100 security steps. After you've done so, they STILL don't approve your transfer! They send you a SMS to ring them. You then have to spend at least HALF AN HOUR on the phone to have the honour of being able to get through to their staff. These staff are based in the third world and incompetent. It's only after jumping through several further hoops that they finally allow you to make your transaction. I have other bank accounts but not ONE other one has anything like this degree of annoyance. I've wasted HOURS of my time hanging onto to their call waiting system to get my simple transactions approved. Chase do everything possible to maximise inconvenience for customers and make their lives a misery. App is rubbish too, in a hundred ways. For example, it logs you out after just 60 seconds of non-use, so you constantly have to login and start again. Not a single other bank I use has an app that logs you out so readily. No web banking, no branch facilities, can't transact via the Post Office, absolute nothing. This is the Lidl of bank accounts.

My experience with Chase went from very happy to desperately infuriated VERY quickly. Yes you get a sign up code & yes they do honour it, BUT that is exactly when you should leave. Repeatedly my transactions would be declined, even though I had authenticated them, not large transactions but repeatedly the same issue. The live chat literally takes several days to get back to you, with an incredibly American, "apologies" for the delay! They then proceed to blame the receiver of the transaction, yet if you use a different bank account they fly through. The last "live" chat took two days to respond & basically proceeded to tell me that this is what they do to protect my account. I get protection, I want my money protected BUT I want to spend it where I want to spend it, when I want to spend it. I will never go near this service again!

I am new to Chase but have to say I’m very impressed with the service and the app too. I like the cash back rewards and the round ups which soon accumulate and with 5% interest too. Very easy to use and looking forward to their credit card if they introduce it in the U.K.,

So far so good, I’m just using their account for saving. Setting up the account was simple on the app. Had a few issues with some things but was easy to chat to a human on the app and resolve it very easily. The app seems quite straight forward and not had any issues with it. Not needed to get any money out so far but will see later down the line.

Got as far providing my KYC documents and tried at least twenty times each one rejected. After reading the reviews I’m glad I haven’t deposit.
