Buying a pre-owned watch can be both an exciting and stressful experience. In that sense, purchasing a watch through James at Chase Hattan was nothing but enjoyable. I‘d definitely want to check out his collection next time I’m in London.

The guys at Chase Hattan were great, I part exchanged a watch + some money for a pristine Rolex Datejust with my date of birth reference. Great communication throughout, highly recommend! Will definitely be a returning customer.

Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish. James and Elin are great guys, know their stuff and lovely to deal with. I couldn't be happier with my Bell&Ross, the price was fair, and I will certainly return in the future.

The best service from start to finish

The best service from start to finish. James let me take the watch before he had finished the testing process as it was a birthday gift, he then took it back and finished the testing. Communication was brilliant and generally an all round good fella. Will 100% be purchasing again. ( he even came in after breaking his foot to deliver the watch) cheers mate!

Excellent service and a good price

I saw this Rolex watch on eBay at a reasonable price. Naturally very wary so was relieved that Chase Hatton had a shop in London. I also was impressed by the number of good reviews they had. The actual experience with Elin was very helpful and my wife was thoroughly reassured and is delighted with the purchase.
