Buying a pre-owned watch can be both an exciting and stressful experience. In that sense, purchasing a watch through James at Chase Hattan was nothing but enjoyable. I‘d definitely want to check out his collection next time I’m in London.

Wonderful little store, magnificent experience

I have now bought two watches from Elin and James at Chase Hatton Watches, and we couldn’t be more happy. Beautiful treasured watches, but these might have been found in the ‘n’ number of high end watch stores across London, and the UK. What really sets Chase Hatton apart are Elin and James. Their passion, care, professionalism and very pleasant nature is why we may, if we do decide to either buy or sell a watch, make it our first port of call.

Great buying experience

I purchased my watch in person. James was super helpful and patient in showing me the various watches they had in stock. Was not pushy in any way and wanted to make sure it was the right watch for me. Was very responsive when I asked some questions after the fact. Very good experience and would recommend chase hattan watches

James has been very helpful during the purchase of a Rolex Bi Colour Datejust. Every option was offered including case and bracelet polishing should we require it. James kept in touch on a regular basis informing us on progress with the purchase etc.
